At only 36km this ride is easily underestimated by a lot of riders. However, the short, technical and lumpy route does provide the opportunity to spare the legs a little for the big one tomorrow.

Head out along the Chemin de la Neste and follow it until you join the main road. Turn right and then left when you reach the roundabout where you will start to notice the climbing ramp up. Admire the quaint villages of Esparros, Prulhè and Batsère until you turn right onto the D82 and start to climb up to and through Tilhouse. At the main road turn right and it will drop you back into La Barthe de Neste and Velo Le Closier.
